Return & Refund Policy
At Finds For You, we strive to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. This Return & Refund Policy contains information about your rights and our responsibilities to facilitate returns, refunds, and exchanges.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item:
It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
It must be in the original packaging and in original condition. This includes all boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other packaging materials.
You must have the original tags attached. Please ensure that all of the original tags are connected to the garments.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For reasons including hygiene and safety, the following types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments and lingerie
- Beauty products and cosmetics
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale items or items purchased during promotional events
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your return. We will notify you via email once we've received and checked your return, informing you whether the refund was approved or rejected.
The refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear on your account can vary and depends on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The actual shipping cost will not be included if you receive a refund.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing. This allows us to evaluate and rectify the issue as quickly as possible. We may ask for photographic proof of defects or damage in these cases.
